Returns Policy:

  • You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Exchange Policy:

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help you with an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a return for you.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@jiyanyacrystals.com with your order number, details of the issue, and the item you’d like to exchange.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
