  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders or product availability issues, order processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you in such cases via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order.
  • Estimated delivery time within India: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
  • International shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier service.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We take utmost care in packing your items safely. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@jiyanyacrystals.com with photos of the damaged packaging and items.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will assist you in tracking your order or arranging a replacement if applicable.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Jiyanya Crystals is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
